Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were spacious with a large comfortable bed, but they were old, soft, and stained. The service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff. The location was good, close to the movie theater, but there were a lot of people around. The dining experience was unsatisfying with buffet-style food, but there were other dining options outside the hotel. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were on the small size, especially for a suburb hotel, but they were very clean and comfortable with an outstanding view. The service was friendly, but it was a bit of a hassle during check-in as nobody attended to the fax machine where a fax was waiting. The location was convenient for walking to nearby shops and restaurants, including a MacDonald's and a bakery, but there was a disappointing encounter with finding a dirty item in the closet. The dining experience was subpar with unsatisfying buffet-style food, yet on the bright side, the facilities were beautiful and the hotel was very close to the White Flint Metro on the red line.
